COURAGEOUS Course Description: 

Do you want to start your business, scale up an existing business, share and sell your creative work, write a memoir, lose weight, have a consistent healthy routine, or is something else calling you to action? I believe in you--you can do it! And I can support you!  Use this Intentional Creativity painting course to clear internal or external obstacles and strengthen your mindset to do and be in ways that matter most! This is a self-paced video course you can do again and again! No artistic skills necessary! Bravery, courage, heartfelt desire, dreams and love are things that one can find inside oneself. But sometimes we need reminders to stay on course! I got you! Get your magic wands (paint brushes and pens) out and enjoy!   

COURAGEOUS Materials: 

For this Intentional Creativity session the suggested materials include either a journal with unlined or lined paper (I prefer unlined because I like to “color outside the lines”) or any blank piece of paper at least 8.5” x 11” (A4), pens, markers, coloring or painting materials that light you up, plus beverages and snacks of choice, and I like to bring flowers, candles or other objects to mark the time as special!
